At only 1,3 km from the E-70 highway, 12km from the airport and 35km from  Belgrade city center, within the industrial zone of  Šimanovci, Krnješevačka Street no.152  is a Warehouse Center Kalman.

Warehouse  has facility of 3000m², free height of 8m and administrative building of total 300sqm. Canopy that surrounds the warehouse covers space of 695m² and provides additional outdoor , 5m tall, covered space.

The warehouse is basically 60m x 50m in size, designed as a two-storey hall with a range of 2x25m and a 12m raster. The height of the object inside the warehouse is 8m, and the height of the attack is 11m. The supporting roof structure is in the system of orthogonal layers of elastic rafters. The facade of the building is made of thermal insulating sandwich panels with mineral wool fillings. The roof of the building is cut into a slatted roof system - trapezoidal steel sheets, thermal insulation and waterproofing PVC membranes.

In addition to the storage facility, the administrative part of the ceilings P + 1, total area of 300m², was formed. The structure of the administrative building is elongated with a coupled mezzanine plate of the same total height as the storage facility 11m. The interior walls are made in a gypsum wallboard system. The floor covering in the offices is a laminate, and in the toilets, corridors and entrance hall, granite ceramics of the first class. The building was constructed in accordance with the principles of energy efficiency The warehouse  ground floor is leveling aligned with the surrounding roads.
