Kalman Temple
We all have that street where we grew up. That park behind the building. That yard. That safe place to which we always gladly return in our thoughts. Today we rush through the boulevards. Straight ahead and as fast as possible from point A to point B. We forget about the side streets and safe havens. When we choose a home, we choose that very safe place. Maybe others prefer to take obvious paths, but you always take your own. Turn into that street because it is important to always have that safe place. With a total of 24 residential units, the Kalman Hram building represents a truly modern, intimate, and luxurious refuge in the most charming part of Belgrade, on Borisav Pekić Street in Vračar.
Designed with residential function as the dominant purpose through several three-room and four-room apartments of various sizes (from 65m2 to 148m2) and functionalities. Each conceived with an emphasis on absolute functionality, excellent connectivity, and lighting of all rooms. Besides residential functionality and luxury, the building is characterized by a refined aesthetic expression that fits into the immediate surroundings where the Temple of Saint Sava is located.

Urbanistically valuable location – an architectural response worthy of the environment
The residential building Kalman Hram is located in an urbanistically valuable and important location, so it was necessary to find the right visual and artistic solution for the facade treatment in order to ensure the representativeness of the building and present the building itself as a high-standard property for exclusive living. Three technically and technologically different but visually and surface-wise similar materials were used in the facade construction - natural Travertino Bianco stone, composite panels in Iron Corten tone, and natural concrete.
The open areas include a system of rooftop gardens with greenery, vehicular and paved pedestrian surfaces. The entrance and hallways are modernly equipped with the highest quality finishes in stone and wood.
