The Kalman K3 apartment complex consists of three separate buildings K1, K2, and K3, and symbolically reflects the inseparable connection between human thoughts, actions, and feelings, where the architecture relies on the existing heritage of Zlatibor and elements derived from tradition, combining and translating them into the language of contemporary architecture.
Special attention is given to the design and achieving a quality spatial expression, intended for user activities that pay special attention to aesthetics and details, and who love the atmosphere of a family home.

The Kalman K3 apartment complex is located in the central part of Zlatibor, 200 meters away from the pedestrian zone and the lake, in a quiet area next to the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord. The apartments are surrounded by forest and offer beautiful views of the green belt, central events, and the church. The terrain itself is gently sloping with dense coniferous trees and at an altitude of 970 meters.
The K3 complex combines a healthy lifestyle, sports, recreation, relaxation, and nature into one entity.
High-quality ecological materials that meet the highest construction standards were used in the materialization (wood, stone, granite ceramics from an Italian manufacturer, top-quality parquet).
