A new concept of luxury

We started developing this project in 2006 when we designed the first modern residential complex on Senjak, one of the most luxurious residential buildings in the region. It was created with intention to make life in dynamic city relaxing, safe and comfortable. Today K15 consists of with 10 apartments made exclusively for rent. It is a complete oasis of peace where everything is subordinate to the activities of end users.

Special attention is devoted to the design and achievement of a quality spatial expression intended for the activities of users with an emphasized attention to esthetic details that evokes the feeling of a warm home.

The residential complex K15 offers apartments of 120-250m2. Kitchens, bathrooms and dining rooms are fully equipped. Each apartment has a direct telephone line, internet access, reception and distribution of all cable channels.
