The apartment complex Kalman K3 consists of three separate buildings K1, K2 and K3, and symbolically reflects an inextricable connection between humans thoughts, works and feelings in which architecture relies on an existing heritage of Zlatibor mountain. Elements derived from tradition are combined and translated into the language of modern architecture

Location
Kalman K3 apartment complex is located in the central part of Zlatibor Mountain, 200m away from the pedestrian zone and the lake, in a quiet area next to the Church St. Preobraženja Gospodnjeg. The apartments are surrounded by an existing forest and provide beautiful views towards the green surroundings, central areas and churches. The terrain is slightly sloping with thick trees of the conifers and at an altitude of 970 m.
